MY STORY
Hi, I’m Maureen… mom of four awesome twin boys, accounting consultant by day and full-time sharer of all the things that I love the rest of the time. Following a spinal injury after my second pregnancy, I spent almost a decade on the sidelines - unable to play with my babies or even consistently move my body. It was one of the darkest periods of my life. I've dedicated myself to learning, healing & rebuilding my body, mind & soul. Health is a true gift from God.
These days you’ll find me squeezing in tennis (aspiring 40+ tennis pro, now that I can play!) between the boys' games (go sports!) and testing every clean skincare + beauty product that actually works. I’m all about simplifying routines, protecting my peace, and creating a life that feels good from the inside out.

The real joy for me is sharing the things that bring me happiness, make life easier and anything for a good laugh! Whether it’s travel (Jackson, WY above!), effortless skincare that gives glow, non-toxic living, or the little everyday rituals that keep me sane … I love letting you in on what’s helping me most.
